I taught myself to code when I was less than 10 years old and have been a computer geek ever since. I worked for NeXT as a student (before Steve Jobs sold the company to Apple) in Princeton and Redwood City and own a now-antique NeXTstation, NeXT cube, and collection of NeXTstep programming manuals.

I've been an amateur photographer for over a decade, and my photographs have appeared in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and Scientific American. They're also in the Getty Images archive and on book covers. Also in the Getty Images archive is this slightly embarrassing photo of me that was published in Time magazine.

I owe a great debt to people who helped me with projects in the past and am happy to return the favor by helping you if I can. I'm pretty easy to track down! On a personal note, I'm a private pilot and have just qualified for my automotive racing license (SCCA regional, meaning tracks like Laguna Seca), and am delighted to meet folks who share similar interests.
